Your privacy

ShoeMatch is built to help you find shoes, not to collect your data. Here is exactly what we keep and what we do not.

What we store

• Your email and a secure one-way hash of your password (never the password itself).
• Your questionnaire answers (use, size, width, brands, budget) so we can match shoes.
• Your past searches, so you can revisit them.

Foot photos

If you upload foot photos, they are sent once for analysis and are never saved. We keep only the short summary (such as arch type and width). The original images are discarded right after.

What we never do

• We do not sell or share your personal data.
• We do not store your card details. Purchases happen on the retailer's own site.

Your control

You can download everything we store, or delete your account and all of your data at any time from your account page. Guests are not stored on our servers at all; guest answers stay in your browser only.
